What methods of payment does 70E Solutions accept?
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB & Diner's Club. Corporate Purchase Orders are also welcome.
 
What shipment methods does 70E Solutions offer for standard delivery?
70E Solutions currently ships all packages through UPS & USPS. We can also expedite your shipment by using UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day air or by using USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail & Parcel Post. We have also in some cases shipped UPS Same Day Critical, however if you require expedited delivery please call us to confirm this service. We pack our merchandise very carefully, each package is sealed with pilfer proof security tape.
Please note:
  • UPS Next Day Air offers overnight service that delivers on Saturday.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver offers overnight service but does not deliver on weekends.
  • USPS Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery from the day we ship, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.
  • USPS Express Mail deliveries are made to most areas of the country the day following the day we ship. However, some areas of the country require two days for Express Mail delivery.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items that are paid via a credit card without complications are shipped within 24-48 hours. Any items ordered that require testing may be shipped outside of that window but will be packed & shipped as soon as testing is completed. Please note: Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, & holidays are processed & shipped on the next business day.
 
Is my personal data & payment information secure?
Your personal information is safe & secure. We process orders on a state of the art 128-bit SSL server certified by NetSolutions. We will never share, sell or provide your information to any third party or add you to any mailing lists.
 
Does 70E Solutions store my credit card information on file?
No. We never store any credit card information in our database. All credit card information is securely kept by our credit card processing company. As soon as we ship your product & process your credit card payment, your information is deleted. This process applies to all of our customers both with and without a registered account.
 
Does 70E Solutions sell or exchange my customer information with anyone?

Do I have to register or create an account to purchase from 70E Solutions?
No. You can make a purchase without registering a customer account. Please note that there are benefits to creating an acccount. Registered customers recieve notification of in store specials & other promotional or discounted offers when available. In addition to promotions if you create an account your contact details & shipping information will be saved for future purchaese. Registered customers are also able to view previous orders as well as the status of any current orders placed.
 
Can I place an order over the phone?

What do I do if I have a question about one of the items I purchased?

What is your return policy?
70E Solutions strives to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly with the highest grade products available in the industry. In the event a product or garment needs to be exchanged or returned, the following criteria must be met:

Garments:
  • Garments must be returned or exchanged within 30 Days of the purchase date.
  • Garments may be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unwashed and unworn condition.
  • Garments cannot be returned if they have been worn, ironed, soiled, or had laundry tapes applied.
  • Garments that have been altered cannot be returned.
  • Stock garments may be returned for exchange or credit.
  • Since cut-to-order, non-stock and custom garments require special production runs, all sales are final.
  • Special, non-stock and custom garments cannot be returned or exchanged (except garments shipped in error or having workmanship problems). Please check with 70E Solutions customer service to verify that your garment is returnable.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA Number must be written on the outside of the box. Please call customer service to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning your garment. Garments will be sent back to the customer if they are received by 70E Solutions without a RMA number.
  • Garments returned for credit will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Credit cannot be issued for name tag, logo, freight, or other personalization and handling charges.
Rubber Products: Due to the nature of rubber goods; i.e. Rubber Gloves, Blankets, Sleeves, Etc. 70E Solutions does not accept returns on any rubber goods or testing of rubber goods unless there was an error caused by 70E Solutions. All Other Products: All other products, goods or services must be returned or exchanged within 30 Days of the purchase date. Products must be unused & in the original packaging.
