Arc-Rated Shock-Absorbing Lanyard, Universal Size

Arc-flash rated shock-absorbing lanyards are made from materials that won't burn, melt, or conduct energy if they're exposed to high voltages or heat caused by an arc flash. They are typically worn by people who are working at height around electrical currents and arc-flash hazards, including utility workers in bucket trucks and maintenance workers near electrical transmitters.

Designed to protect workers from electric arc-flash and arc-blast exposure. Meets all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards as well as the very stringent ASTM F887-05 Arc-Flash Standards. Specially-woven shock-absorbing inner core smoothly expands to reduce fall arrest force. Unique warning flag provides visual proof that a lanyard has been involved in a fall and must be removed from service.
